Aidan Mewha is an ARIA certified instructor with over 25 years of experience in the equine industry, specializing in hunters and jumpers. She has experience as both a coach and competitor from the local level through A rated shows. An IHSA participant in college and through the alumni program, Aidan spent time coaching the University of Dayton IHSA team before launching her own teaching and training business, Free Rein Equestrian.
Aidan’s program is customized for each student, with an emphasis on safety and proper equitation. Instruction is geared toward helping individual riders meet personal goals according to their abilities. She gently encourages students to move ahead with skills as they are ready. Aidan is a patient instructor who has experience with a wide range of ages including young beginners, returning adults and beginner adults.
In the saddle, Aidan is a soft, empathetic rider that brings the best out of all of her mounts. She instills confidence and puts a strong emphasis on manners to make her horses quiet and receptive to riders of all skill levels. Aidan has an impressive resume of taking green and unbroke horses and making them up to being competitive at the rated level.

While she enjoys riding, warmblood breeding and equine nutrition are her greatest passions and she eagerly awaits the arrival of new foals each year. She started Mill Creek Equestrian several years ago while based at her parent's farm in Springfield, OH. Purchasing MCE's new facility in 2014 saw the realization of her dream to own and operate a first-class equine operation. A dream made possible through the exceptional support of her family.
A life long horse enthusiast, Nicole got her first pony more than 20 years ago and has been caring for horses each day since. She graduated from The University of Findlay in 2007 with Bachelor's degrees in Equine Business Management and Equine Studies - Hunter/Jumper Emphasis. After graduation she spent some time working for the prestigious equine event production company, Equine Affaire, assisting with the marketing and educational program departments. She then headed to Wright State University to fulfill Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance. In addition to running Mill Creek Equestrian, Nicole also serves as the Business Director and Quality Manager at her family's precision aerospace manufacturing business, Taylor Manufacturing Company.

A native of Ohio, Jennifer grew up riding horses. Having ridden several different disciplines as a child, Jennifer started focusing on dressage at age 12 with her trainer Sharon Ridge of Cincinnati, Ohio. In 2002, she graduated from Otterbein University Summa Cum Laude with honors with a BS degree in Psychology.
Jennifer has earned her USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medals and is a current FEI competitor and instructor. She has had numerous Regional Championship placings Training Level through Grand Prix, top placings at the 2013 US Dressage Finals, and top rankings at the USDF Horse of the Year at multiple levels. Jennifer participated in the inaugural Dressage Foundation/USDF Young Rider European Education/Training Program (now called the Young Rider Olympic Dream Program). She is also a USEF "r" judge. Thanks to a lovely recommendation from the legendary George Morris, Jennifer spent time training in Germany in 2006 at PSI/Hof Kasselmann as a working student.
Jennifer is a firm believer in continuing education for both herself and her clients. She has worked with such top notch trainers as Silke Rembacz, Michael Barisone, Linda Zang, Robert Dover, Dolly Hannon, Courtney King-Dye, Debbie McDonald, Scott Hassler, and Charlotte Bredahl just to name a few.
Using a holistic approach to training for all levels of riding; Emily's focus is on all aspects of horsemanship to include training from the ground and under saddle, proper shoeing, veterinary care, saddle fit, diet, and level of fitness. She strives to produce healthy happy horses that enjoy their jobs and are well behaved. She encourages her students to create goals for their riding and focus on having a safe and confidant experience no matter their level or skill. Her lesson program caters to all aspiring riders and is very flexible. Whether you are riding at the three day level or just starting out she has a place for you. The majority of her clients event so competition opportunities are extensive.
